Una A. Dean most recently served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at IBM and led IBM’s Global Investigations and Cybersecurity groups. Formerly, she was a partner in Fried Frank’s Cybersecurity and White Collar Defense, Regulatory Enforcement & Investigations Practices and a former federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Dean serves as Board Member and Secretary of the Pro Bono Partnership and Board Member and Treasurer of both the Capital Appeals Project and the Promise of Justice Initiative. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable William J. Martini in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 2005-2006, and received her JD from University of Michigan Law School in 2004 where she served as a Contributing Editor of the Michigan Law Review. She received her BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1998.
