Tiffany Archer is President & Founder of Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc. Her boutique consulting firm harnesses behavioral insights and data-driven strategies to transform legal and compliance solutions for public and privately held companies. Drawing on nearly 20 years of cross-border expertise spanning Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 100 firms, she specializes in regulatory compliance, anti-corruption, financial crime prevention, and enterprise risk management. Tiffany’s proven track record includes representing multinational corporations in high-stakes matters before U.S. regulatory authorities, including the SEC and DOJ, across four continents.

A seasoned compliance executive, Tiffany was Global Head of Compliance, Risk and Privacy for Pall Corporation (a Danaher Corporation subsidiary). At Panasonic Avionics Corporation, she served as Regional Ethics &Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel (Americas & Europe), notably steering the organization through a successful 3-year FCPA monitorship. As Fractional Chief Compliance Officer for a fintech startup, she further expanded her expertise.

Tiffany drives innovation at the intersection of compliance, technology, and behavioral science through her role as Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Behavioral Science in Digital Technologies Subcommittee, part of the Presidential Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies. Her thought leadership extends to academia and professional development as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law and Instructor for the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). In 2023, Tiffany was recognized as one of “50 Women to Watch”; by the Corporate Counsel Business Journal, acknowledging her substantial contributions to the legal field. As a recognized thought leader, she shares forward- thinking insights at prestigious industry forums including Practising Law Institute (PLI), Compliance Week, Ethisphere, and the LEC International Congress of Compliance in Brazil.

She holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
