Matthew Ioannou is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York and holds the title of Vice President, Regulatory Compliance Attorney at Quantinno Capital Management. Prior to joining Quantinno, Matthew worked at KKR where he was a Senior Compliance Officer of KKR’s Legal & Compliance team helping lead the administration of KKR’s Code of Ethics. Prior to joining KKR, Matthew worked at Goldman Sachs where he was an Associate in Investment Banking Division Compliance covering Equity Capital Markets, Healthcare, Real Estate and Industrials. Matthew received his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business & Financial Law, from Fordham University School of Law where he was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, Magna Cum Laude. Matthew received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wake Forest University.
