Lisa Sheppard-Davenport is a Director of Compliance with AT&T and has responsibility for designing and implementing the compliance risk assessment program across the AT&T brands. Professor Sheppard-Davenport has over 15 years of diverse regulatory and compliance expertise including the areas of M&A, Telecommunications, and Privacy. Professor Sheppard-Davenport has expertise in leading compliance related advisory boards focused on providing compliance guidance on expanding business opportunities, gaining efficiencies, and improving the compliance experience. 

Professor Sheppard-Davenport received her Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. She is certified as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) as well as a Privacy Professional by the globally recognized International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP-US). Prior to entering the compliance and ethics arena, she managed a boutique law firm in Scarsdale NY focused on professional misconduct. Professor Sheppard-Davenport lives in Allen, Texas with her husband. They have three grown children, one son in New York, their hometown, a daughter in Louisiana and the youngest son in Atlanta, GA.
