Kim is a Risk and Compliance executive with more than 35 years of financial services management experience, most recently with Discover Financial Services, where she was the Head of Ethics and Conduct. Prior to that, she was at BNY Mellon where she was Managing Director, Compliance Chief Operating Officer and the Global Head of Conduct, Culture and Conflicts. She has held similar executive roles at Raymond James, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Synchrony. Kim has a BA in Sociology and a MS in Industrial Management from Stony Brook University, as well as an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. She is also a Certified Compliance Regulatory Professional (CRCP).

Kim is a native New Yorker, has a daughter, and has served as board Trustee for 13 years at the Churchill School, a K-12 school for students with language-based learning challenges.
