Senior Compliance Officer within KKR’s Legal & Compliance
Matthew Ioannou is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a Senior Compliance Officer within KKR’s Legal & Compliance team where he helps lead the administration of KKR’s Code of Ethics. Prior to joining KKR, Matthew worked at Goldman Sachs where he was an Associate of the Firm’s Investment Banking Division working in Compliance covering Equity Capital Markets, Healthcare, Real Estate and Industrials. Matthew received his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business & Financial Law, from Fordham University School of Law where he was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, Magna Cum Laude. Matthew received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wake Forest University.
