Alex Berke is an employment lawyer and provides advice and counsel to employees and employers on sexual harassment and discrimination cases, including pregnancy, disability, race and gender as well as religious discrimination. Professor Berke drafts, reviews and negotiates employment and severance agreements, including non-competition provisions. She also spearheads Berke-Weiss Law’s Pregnancy Project, providing pregnant women and families with the necessary tools to exercise their rights during and after pregnancy.
